The Town Clerk Office for the town of New Durham ensures the accurate and efficient production, issuance and retention of vital records, dog licenses, automotive registrations, OHRV registraion, boat registrations and various permits.
The Town Clerk office also administers a portion of the election process in accordance with state and local laws This includes providing voter registration for the residents of New Durham. (Voters may register with the Town Clerk's Office, but are not officially on the Checklist until the Supervisors of the Checklist meet.)
