The Zoning Ordinance with 2011 Amendments is available here: zoning
The Board has completed revisions to the Subdivision Regulations that implement the amendments to the Zoning Ordinance adopted in March 2011, clarify many sections, and strengthen some requirements. The new regulations are available here: subregs
The Board is nearing completion of regulations and an application form for the Stormwater Management Ordinance. Draft copies are here.
