The Zechariah Boodey Farmstead Committee is working on a restoration and reconstruction of a colonial era home, locted in, and for the Town of New Durham, NH. The house was originally constructed in 1769. Once reconstructed the buildings will be used for private, public and civic events and activites. "Preserving the Past to Support the Future." 

June 30, 1780

In the East Room of the dwelling house of Zechariah Boodey, seven brave pioneers signed the original covenant and thirteen articles of faith, written by Elder Benjamin Randall during the organization meeting. 

The New Durham Congregation, all whom demonstrated their acceptance of the covenant with their signature;

Benjamin Randall, Robert Boodey, Nathaniel Buzzell, Joseph Boodey, Judith Chartel, Margery Boodey and Mary Buzzell, as recorded in the New Durham Church Record Book 1 1:2. The records are held at the First Free Will Baptist Church in New Durham, NH.
