Land Use Application Deadline Changes

All plans that are being submitted to the ZBA or the Planning Board must first be submitted to the Building Inspector for review two weeks before either Board's application deadline due dates. The due date that is required for the Building Inspector is shown on each of the Board's page.Please provide at least one set of plans and A Certification of Zoning Compliance Worksheet,which can be found by clicking here

The Building Inspector will be able to let you know of any changes that should be made to the plans and also any variances and/or permits that may or may not be required. Applicants will then be able to apply those changes within the timeframe of the Board Application Deadlines.
