Information Technology Committee

On March 18, 2013 the Selectmen voted to establish an Information (IT) Technology Committee that will consist of three to five residents, all of whom have expertise in computers.

The purpose of this committee is to give the Town advice and recommendations concerning all of the Town’s departments, including the library.

The Committee is charged with making an analysis of where the Town’s IT support is as regards the following:
 
  • Security
  • Upgrades
  • A replacement plan

The Committee will look at the Town’s IT needs and make a first report of their finds, an update after three months and a final report with recommendations at six months. The Committee will report to the Town Administrator.

This Committee has been sunseted by the Board of Selectman.
