You are hereby notified that a hybrid Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the New Durham Town Hall. The hearing is regarding a Stormwater Conditional Use Permit within the Residential, Agricultural, Recreational Zoning District and the Steep Slopes Conservation District submitted by Thomas W. Varney, of Varney Engineering, LLC., on behalf of Donald Bansfield, Jr. and Sheryl T. Bansfield, Trustees of the Bansfield Family Trust of 2021 for property at Map 110, Lot 010, at Merrymeeting Road, New Durham, New Hampshire.
