You are hereby notified that a hybrid Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the New Durham Town Hall. The hearing is regarding a Stormwater Conditional Use Permit (CUP) within the Residential, Agricultural, Recreational Zoning District, the Steep Slopes Conservation District, and the Shore Front Conservation Area submitted by Thomas W. Varney, of Varney Engineering, LLC., on behalf of Michael Barry and Joseph Antosca for property at Map 120, Lot 034, at 76 South Shore Road, New Durham, New Hampshire.
