You are hereby notified that a hybrid Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the New Durham Town Hall. The hearing is regarding a Stormwater Conditional Use Permit within the Residential, Agricultural, Recreational Zoning District and the Shore Front Conservation Area submitted by Thomas W. Varney, PE, Varney Engineering, LLC, on behalf of Brenda J. Farmer, Trustee, Brenda J. Farmer Revocable Trust, for property at Map 122, Lots 021 and 022, at 130 South Shore Road, New Durham, New Hampshire.
