You are hereby notified that a hybrid Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the New Durham Town Hall. The hearing is regarding a Stormwater Conditional Use Permit within the Residential, Agricultural, Recreational Zoning District, Shore Front Conservation Area, and the Steep Slopes Conservation District submitted by Adam Lans of Tight Knot Design Build, LLC, on behalf of Chris and Seema Meighan and Kala Kumar for property at Map 104, Lot 011, at Eight Brightwaters Drive, New Durham, New Hampshire.
