Planning Board Public Hearing Notice - Zoning Ordinances

You are hereby notified that a hybrid Final Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the New Durham Town Hall. The hearing is to: finalize Zoning Ordinance Article III. Definitions, finalize Zoning Ordinance Article VI.L. relative to ADUs, finalize Home Occupation Ordinance, and finalize Short-Term Rental Ordinance.
