Updated ZBA Procedural Rules

Updated ZBA Procedural Rules have been posted to the website. They can be found under ‘Documents’ - ‘ZBA’

Some notable items are:

• Change in plan scale to 1 inch = 10 feet;
• architectural plans depicting the proposed condition shall also include the existing condition as an underlying, shaded layer;
• written testimony or documentation to be considered by the ZBA shall be submitted to the Land Use Office at least seven (7) calendar days before the case is scheduled to be heard.
