New guide lines for plans going before Land Use Boards

All plans that are to go before the ZBA or the Planning Board must be first reviewed by the Building Inspector. Please provide at least one set of plans and a Certification of Zoning Compliance Worksheet to the New Durham Town Hall 2 weeks ahead of the ZBA or Planning Board deadline in order to give adequate time for review. He will be able to let you know of any changes that should be made to the plans, variances, and/or permits that may or may not be required. Applicants will then be able to apply those changes within the timeframe of the Board application deadlines.
