Subject:  Enhanced CCVD Communication Request

In an effort to improve communication to CCVD homeowners and residents, we will be establishing a new email account for outgoing only messaging.   We believe it is important to communicate to all within CCVD on a timely basis and that everyone hears the same message.

This email address will be for general use information such as special village requests, updates on projects, requests for volunteers, monthly meeting minutes, etc.    However, the communication made through this messaging tool should, in no way, be deemed to constitute legal notice to CCVD residents.   

If you would like to be included in this email distribution list, please send your NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS & MOBILE # to  2015CCVD@gmail.com .

Our fellow neighbor, Leona (Leigh) LeBlanc, has volunteered to consolidate your responses and develop the distribution list. Thank you, Leona! It is our hope to have this new email address in production by the start of the New Year if not sooner.

Note: legal notice of CCVD information will continue to be posted in two public viewing places within the Copple Crown Village District. In addition, CCVD is not responsible for any omittance or incorrect information relayed in these outgoing- only messages.
