Auto Generated Emails from Invoice Cloud

We have had many residents emailing/calling about emails they are receiving from InvoiceCloud. These emails are legitimate emails for dog registrations and vehicle renewals only. We switched software systems in April of 2023. With this new software residents will not only still receive their paper renewal notices but will also receive auto generated emails from when they are uploaded to the online portal for online renewals.
