Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at New Durham Town Hall
7:00 pm Revise Zoning Ordinance Article VI
7:30 pm Revise Zoning Ordinance Article XIV
A hybrid Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board to revise Article VI relative to septic tank setbacks and Article XIV relative to non-conforming structures within the 75-foot Waterfront Setback in New Durham. The full revision of the Zoning Ordinance is available for review during normal business hours at New Durham Town Offices.
