Public Hearing Notice for Zoning Ordinance Revisions

Public Hearing will be held in person and over Zoom by the New Durham Planning Board on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 7:00 pm at New Durham Town Hall.  The hearing is to Revise Article XIII relative to Water Quality Protection Overlay District and Article XX.G. Non-conforming Buildings, Land or Uses - Setbacks of the Zoning Ordinance in New Durham.  The full revision of the Zoning Ordinance is available for review during normal business hours at the New Durham Town Offices.  If you have any questions on the Zoom meeting, please contact the Land Use Assistant at ndlanduse@newdurhamnh.us or the Planning Board.
