ZBA Application Date for January 9, 2024

Due to holiday deadlines and in order to place Public Notices in The Baysider, the December deadline for submitting applications for the January 9, 2024, Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting will be December 11, 2023.
If an application is submitted between December 12, 2023, and December 19, 2023, for the January 9, 2024, Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the Publice Notice will need to be put in Forster's at a minimum cost of $300.
